1. General Definitions

In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise.

• "Platform" refers to the crown2u website accessible at crown2u.one together with all services, games and functions contained within it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the user profile officially registered at Crown2u, including account balance, transaction history and personal information.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, added-value funds or any financial benefit granted by the Platform to the User under the conditions that have been set.

2. Account Registration

2.1 User Eligibility

crown2u takes user protection responsibilities seriously. Account registration and use of any Platform service is only permitted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Not listed on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at crown2u. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, the same mobile phone number, the same email address, or the same device is strictly prohibited. If the Platform identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any balance or bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information entered during registration and in all subsequent transactions is complete, accurate and up to date. This information includes full name, identification card number (MyKad), email address, mobile phone number and bank account or e-wallet details.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Crown2u supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. Currently available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

3.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum limits applied are uniform across all payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

All funds deposited into a crown2u account must originate from a legitimate and lawful source. The Platform complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedure requirements. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in line with the Platform's legal and licensing obligations.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the crown2u account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be entertained for the security of users.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Crown2u offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,800 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is only eligible to be claimed once per new user
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in account suspension
• Crown2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users
• All other promotions offered by the Platform have their own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before claiming any promotion

5. Game Rules

Crown2u provides various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack and more. Each game category is subject to specific rules that users must follow.

• Users must understand how a game works before placing real bets
• All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent body
• Crown2u is not responsible for any technical decisions or system failures that occur outside the Platform's control

• Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed — changes to odds after a bet is accepted do not affect existing bets

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to manipulate games or the bonus system
• Registering multiple accounts or working with other users to exploit the system
• Money laundering activity or use of funds from an unlawful source
• Filing chargebacks without valid grounds to the payment provider
• Violating any part of these terms and conditions

7. Security and Privacy

The security of user information is a priority for crown2u. The Platform uses SSL encryption technology in all data communication between the server and the user's device.

7.1 Password and Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and login details. Crown2u will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
